TOTE TREASURE WINNER COLLECTS PRIZE CAR

Christine Wood from Hornchurch Essex was handed the keys to her brand new Audi A3 on Saturday 11th August, just a week after winning the fantastic main prize in Lingfield Park's exclusive Tote Treasure scratch card promotion.

Mrs Wood won the car whilst visiting Lingfield Park Racecourse with her partner Ron on Saturday 4th August for one of Lingfield Park's summer Racing & Music Nights, featuring live music from X Factor finalists Ray Quinn and Ben Mills.

After reading 'Congratulations you have won a brand new Audi A3' Mrs Wood said to her partner Ron "Just throw it away, there's bound to be a catch." Thankfully they didn't, and rang Lingfield Park the following Monday. Much to her delight, Mrs Wood was informed that she had won a brand new Audi A3 worth £16,000, the main prize in Lingfield Park's Tote Treasure scratch card promotion donated by Crawley Audi & Tonbridge Audi (www.kentandsussexaudi.co.uk).

It comes as not only an early birthday present to Mrs Wood who is 61 at the end of August, but is also well deserved after Mrs Wood's car was stolen 18 months ago. She has since been using her daughter's old car on which the exhaust has just blown.
