Situated on Maidenbower Business Park, just off junction 10a of the M23, Crawley Audi today is a very different business to that of twelve months ago and I am pleased to say we have changed for the better. Following the purchase of the Lind group, we now find ourselves part of Inchcape, the world’s largest independent automotive retailer.

Following this acquisition, we are now more customer centric than ever before and have invested in people to ensure that we are able to deliver a consistent experience.

It is fair to say that none of us expected a large plc to place the customer so high on the agenda and having worked with Inchcape for over a year, I am pleased to report that our customers are virtually the only subject on the agenda. Andre Lacroix our Chief Executive explained to me recently that the company is ‘moving from sales-driven dealers to customer-focused retailers’.
