• This flight promotion entitles the recipient to two economy class return flights to Boston or New York (La Guardia orJFK) .The two economy class tickets may be used together or can be redeemed separately.
• Additional passengers on the same booking will pay the standard airfare.
• Departures are from Heathrow Airport. All flights from Heathrow are direct to Boston or JFK . The airline for this promotion is American Airlines.
• Airport taxes and fees are payable upon confirmation of booking.
• Photocopies of vouchers are not accepted.
• No cancellations or amendments are possible after confirmation of your booking.
• The promoter cannot be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, routes and destinations.
• All outbound travel must be taken by 31/05/2008. Bookings must be made by 31/10/2007. This offer cannot be redeemed over any public holiday either in the US or UK.
• All applications must be received at the promotional address by 30/09/2007.
• You must allow at least 28 days from your first requested date of departure.
• Subject to availability, the maximum length of stay in your destination will be one month. Your booking must include at least one Saturday night stay in your chosen destination.
• It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that those travelling have a valid passport and any necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with travel and US immigration regulations.
• Details of valid and adequate travel insurance must be supplied at the time of confirming all flight bookings.
• Travel to and from any airports is excluded from this promotion.

• This voucher is not transferable and cannot be resold.
• No responsibility can be accepted for lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete or mislaid vouchers. Incomplete voucher applications will be null and void.

• Reservations are subject to promotional availability. Customers should note that there is increased availability between November and April and customers booking between these dates will have a far greater chance of obtaining their first choice dates. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of war, earthquake, catastrophe, strikes or similar events.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter, its agents or distributors reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the Flight offer with an offer of equal or greater value.
• Vouchers will be provided during vehicle hand over.
• Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
